Catherine Price began Distinctive Property Group in response to her successful historic renovation of several large homes in the downtown Orlando Florida historic district in the early starting in 2000. Since that time Catherine has created unique designs for a variety of clients. She matches the construction of a home...from mountain homes, to cabins, to cottages and mission style Spanish architecture, Catherine will create a style that is unique and beautiful.
